"MOTORCYCLE RIDE FUNDRAISER"
June 21, 2008

The parking lot at Victory House was full of excitement on Saturday morning, June 21st as motorcyclists were sent off in small groups to participate in the "Poker Run" which has become an annual fundraising event in Wichita.

Victory in the Valley was one of two recipients to benefit from this fundraiser which was organized by the Fire & Iron Motorcycle Club.  Members are emergency services personnel--city, county and surrounding departments.  Participants enjoyed the ride as well as helping those walking the cancer journey.
